It’s essentially a drink that replaces a multivitamin. Great idea. I would suggest drinking this to help improve your immune system. It has great vitamins to keep you healthy. It was pretty tasty, too. I was very impressed with how well it dissolved into the drink. You could leave it in a bottle for hours and not need to shake it when ready to drink again. Lovely packaging too. This company also has great customer service!

First, the flavor is tasty. It’s nice to take a health booster with good flavor. Next, these gummies are low in sugar, so the downside of sugar does not overtake the health benefits of antioxidants and building immunity.
These gummies provide support to the immune system with Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Zinc and are a healthy way to build your immunity every day. I use Stay Poised products regularly and believe this brand contributes to my excellent health.

I replaced some older immune capsule supplements with these gummies. Love the aronia its really tasty. I'm using about 2 bottles a month right now for the family during sick season
